abuse policy
what gets suspended, how to report it, and how to appeal.
what we suspend for
- phishing: fake login pages, credential harvesters
- malware: files hosting malicious binaries or scripts
- scams: crypto scams, romance scams, fake investment pages
- unauthorized mining: using project resources to mine cryptocurrency
- ddos source: outbound traffic abuse
- spam: bulk unsolicited email or messaging
- dmca takedowns: copyright complaints from rights holders
- terms violations: anything else our terms prohibit
how to report abuse
email [email protected] with:
- the offending URL
- a brief description of what's wrong
- any evidence you'd like us to consider (screenshots, headers, etc.)
we read every report. we may not reply to every one.
how to appeal
if your project was suspended and you think the call was wrong, just reply to the suspension email we sent. we'll review and unsuspend if we made a mistake.
what happens to your data
your files and deploys are not deleted when a project is suspended. you can still access them from the dashboard. if we don't hear back from you in 30 days, we may delete the suspended project's files.
