terms of service
last updated: april 2026. we tried to make this readable.
the deal
pushto.host provides hosting and platform services. you pay us $13/month (or use the free tier) and we keep your projects running. that's the relationship. we're a hosting company, not your employer, your lawyer, or your therapist.
your stuff is yours
you own your code, your content, your data, and everything you create on pushto. we don't claim any rights to it. if you leave, you take everything with you. we're not going to hold your code hostage.
our stuff is ours
the pushto platform, dashboard, CLI, brand, and documentation are ours. you can't clone pushto.host and resell it as your own thing. when we open-source parts of the platform, those components will have their own license.
pricing
- free tier: 1 project, hosting only, no time limit, no credit card required
- paid tier: $13/month, everything, no tiers, no overages, no surprise price hikes
- we will never charge you more than $13/month without your explicit consent
- if we raise the price in the future, existing users keep their current rate
- cancel anytime. no cancellation fee. no email asking you to come back.
acceptable use
don't use pushto to:
- host anything illegal in the United States
- distribute malware or phishing pages
- mine cryptocurrency on our infrastructure
- send spam through pushto mail
- abuse the platform to attack other services (DDoS, etc.)
- host content that exploits minors
- impersonate pushto or its staff
if you do any of this, we'll suspend your account and delete your projects. no warnings for the serious stuff.
resource limits
- 25 projects max (paid tier)
- 1 GB database storage per project
- 10 GB file storage total
- 100,000 function invocations per month
- 1,000 emails per month
- 10 cron jobs per project
- 50 AI calls per day
if you hit a limit, we'll show you a friendly message. we won't charge overages. ever. if you consistently need more, you've probably outgrown us, and we'll help you find something that fits.
uptime
we don't offer an SLA. we're honest about that. we do our best to keep everything running, and pushto pulse monitors our own infrastructure. if something goes down, we fix it as fast as we can. but we're a small team, not AWS. if you need five-nines uptime, we're not the right platform for you and that's okay.
termination
- you can delete your account at any time
- we can terminate your account for violating acceptable use
- if we shut down pushto (we don't plan to), we'll give you 90 days notice and help you migrate
- on termination, your data is deleted per our privacy policy
liability
pushto is provided "as is." we don't guarantee your site will never go down, your deployment will always work, or that our AI features will generate perfect icons every time. we do our best. our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months (so, $156 max). we're a $13/month hosting company, not an insurance provider.
changes
we can update these terms. if we do, we update this page and the date at the top. for major changes, we email you. continued use means you accept the new terms. if you don't, you can cancel. no hard feelings.
disputes
if we have a disagreement, let's talk about it first. email [email protected] and we'll try to work it out like adults. if that fails, these terms are governed by the laws of the state of California.
reporting abuse
if you see a project hosted on pushto.host that's phishing, distributing malware, or otherwise violating these terms, email [email protected]. we read every report.
see our abuse policy for what we suspend for and how owners can appeal.
pushto.host is operated by My Dude Industries. by using pushto.host, you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, don't use the service. simple as that.
