what gets backed up
everything. every project database, plus the platform database that holds your account. copied in full, every night.
where it goes
off-site, to a separate storage provider. a different company's cloud than the one that serves your traffic. the keys to that storage never touch our servers: pushto itself holds zero access to the backups. every backup is locked against deletion for 30 days from the moment it lands.
the drill
every month we pull the newest backup and restore it, start to finish, into a throwaway database. the whole thing, then a single project on its own. we count the rows.
getting something back
deleted a table at 1am? email [email protected], or call if you're a member. we can restore your whole database or just one project, from any of the last 30 nightly backups. there's nothing to set up.
